Raaya Art Studio (North)
Join RAAYA ART STUDIO & GALLERY classes to gracefully start your journey to creativity! Their 10-day programmes launched in September 2023 are meticulously designed to cater to newcomers, covering essential drawing and painting techniques. You’ll receive an introduction to both landscape and life composition, helping you develop your painting skills and nurture your creative urge. The teacher is Rasheed Khaidoo, with 40 years experience in teaching art.
RAAYA Art Studio also launched a series of activities aimed at fostering creativity in children aged 8-14 in February 2024. These sessions will engage children through activities designed to explore all five senses, ultimately boosting their confidence and problem-solving abilities. Alizah, with a Master’s in Visual Arts, and Aadilah, with a degree in Fashion Design, will guide the children every Saturday from 9 AM to 11 AM.

Art Classes by Sneha Sookhur (North)
Discover the enriching art workshops offered by Sneha Sookhur, a vibrant initiative designed for both adults and children. Located in the picturesque Cap Malheureux, these workshops provide an excellent opportunity to delve into watercolor painting and nature drawing. Participants can learn to draw landscapes and create botanical studies using graphite pencils, charcoal, and pen, and to learn watercolor techniques. Atelier Nefeli offers a wide range of crateive class for all ages and is located in Beau Bassin. For kids, there are group Arts & Crafts sessions featuring drawing, painting, collage, and more on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. They also provide personalized 1:1 creative classes for kids and adults. Additionally, Atelier Nefeli offers 1:1 Arabic calligraphy classes. All classes include materials.
