1. DRINK & DRAW- LOVE IN ART
Visit Vanilla Village Mauritius on 5th March, from 16:00 to 19:30, and express your emotions through art. You will paint joy, fear, love, pain, happiness, and despair. Let’s take the colors and try to turn them into a feeling! Drink&Draw is a pop-up drawing session with a party atmosphere and cool music. 2. Sunset Rendez-Vous
On Friday, 3rd March visit Casela Nature Park from 6 pm – 11 pm with your friends and family to experience an exceptional sundowner rhythmic night with the talented performer Melanie Pérès and Solena Jade at Blue Bird Restaurant, Casela Nature Parks. 3. Saturday Vibes!
On 4th March, from 9 am – 1 pm, Charity Centre Tamarin has organized a special event for second-hand shoppers lovers. This event will be a fun experience for bargain shoppers and green enthusiasts where you can find many interesting and cool pre-loved goodies at a very attractive price. 4. Meet The Mauritian Makers
Cascavelle Shopping Mall in Fic en Flac is organizing a special artisan market to celebrate the Independence Day of Mauritius and to promote the local artisan market on 4th March from 11 am to 7 pm. 5. Star Gazing
On 3rd March from 7 pm to 9 pm, you can visit the Amphithéâtre de Telfair, at Moka Smart City if you are interested in Celestial Objects. Jordan Joumon shares his passion for the stars by offering Mokassians the opportunity to observe them through a telescope at the Telfair amphitheater. The goal of the event is to allow people to see, at least once in their lifetime, stars such as Jupiter, Saturn, or even the surface of the moon through a professional telescope. 6. Kids Fun Day
On 5th March from 11 am to 5 pm bring your children to Ebène Recreational Park for a special kid-friendly event by Eventick. This is a special event for families to strengthen their bonds with children and spend a fun-filled day, away from school & work tensions. 7. Projection cinéma – Ma famille et le loup
At l’Aventure du Sucre, a museum in a former sugar factory features exhibits on the cultivation of sugarcane on 3rd March from 6 pm onwards will be broadcasting an all-time favorite movie Ma famille et le loup, a film by Adria Garcia with Carmen Maura, Enzo Ingignoli, Pierre Rochefort and Bruno Salom. l’Aventure du Sucre and Institut français de Maurice is organising this event. 8. BOLLYWOOD – FUNKADELIC
For all the Bollywood music lovers this is an exciting chance to visit The Shacks Nightclub in the party town Grand Baie on 4th March from 10 pm to 5 am. 9. Regate Dans L’ouest
On 5th March from 9 am to 5 pm visit the Le Morne Village, to attend the thrilling monthly outrigger canoe regattas in Mauritius, a part of the island’s marine tradition, that will take you back in time. These racing boats draw Mauritanians of all ages, whether they are traveling alone, with companions, or with family, because of their vibrant sails and traditional names.
