Our commitment to maintaining the cornerstones of privacy, confidentiality, and full disclosure remains imperative for the success of the BetterHalf model. This responsibility is mutual, and we appreciate your partnership in this regard.

Membership and Matchmaking:

• BetterHalf aims to set up 5 quality matches during your 12-month membership. However, there is no strict upper limit.
• The membership plan grants you access to our team of relationship experts via email and occasional zoom/phone calls.  The number of matches may vary based on your eligibility, the availability of suitable matches, your preferences, and the feedback we receive about you.
• Please note relationship experts and relationship coach are separate. For those desiring intense engagement and support,  a relationship coach is better suited. This service is offered by BetterHalf in collaboration with reputed relationship coaches and is separately charged. 

Guidelines for Dates:

• Please show respect for your date by arriving on time. Consider factors like parking, travel time, and traffic. First impressions matter.
• Strictly avoid cancellations unless there is a genuine emergency. Respect the time of your date and your own. If you must cancel, please call your date and inform us via email.
• Avoid last-minute rescheduling or venue changes without compelling reasons, as we consider your preferences when arranging dates.

Communication:

• Actively respond to our emails, including new matches, introductions, date confirmations, and feedback. Your engagement directly influences your success on BetterHalf.
• Provide feedback from your date within 1-2 working days. Timely feedback is essential for maintaining interest. We’ll follow up a maximum of three times, and we cannot search for new matches until we receive feedback.
• All communication is documented via email to ensure clarity and transparency.

Our business hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Mauritius time, Monday to Friday 

We strive to respond to your emails within 24 hours.

BetterHalf Etiquette:

• Trust our Relationship Managers to set you up with suitable matches. Be open-minded and trust our expertise. It’s just a coffee.
• To protect your interests and those of other clients, please limit discussions about date experiences and identities to BetterHalf personnel. Be respectful of the privacy of potential matches and other clients.
• If you become involved in a relationship outside of the BetterHalf database, please inform us promptly. Be fair to yourself and others.
• We maintain a strict no-refund policy, and once membership plans are active, they cannot be altered.
• Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to place memberships on hold.
